UnionBoomer is an independent, member-driven intelligence platform built by and for union tradespeople.

UnionBoomer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any union, international labor organization, employer, or government agency.

3. Access and Cost

UnionBoomer is free and open to everyone. There are no accounts, no memberships, no tiers, and no payments. You do not need to sign up or give us anything to use this site. If paid features are ever introduced, these Terms will be updated first and nothing you use today will start costing money without notice.

4. User Content Rules

By posting content on the Platform, you agree to the following:

• No false intel reports or knowingly inaccurate information
• No harassment, threats, or targeted attacks against individuals
• No spam, promotional content, or off-topic posts
• Content may be moderated, declined, or removed at our discretion.

5. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided for informational purposes only. Content shared by members represents individual opinions and field reports, not verified facts.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, employment, or professional advice. UnionBoomer is not affiliated with any union or labor organization. Always consult your union representative or a qualified professional for specific guidance.

6. User Content and Ownership

You keep ownership of anything you submit. By submitting it you grant Union Boomer LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Platform and in Platform materials. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share. Do not submit anyone else's copyrighted work.

7. Field Reports Are Not Verified Facts

Per diem figures, contractor information, project details, and field reports on this Platform are submitted by members or compiled from public sources. They are individual accounts and opinions, not verified statements of fact, and conditions change constantly. Verify any figure with your union hall, your business agent, or the contractor before making a decision that costs you money.

8. Corrections

If you are a company, contractor, union, or individual named on this Platform and believe something published about you is inaccurate, email contact@unionboomer.com. We review every correction request and will correct or remove inaccurate material.

9. Copyright and DMCA

We respect copyright. If you believe material on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@unionboomer.com including: your contact information, identification of the work, the URL of the material, a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature. We remove infringing material promptly.

10. Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform.

11. No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or current.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNION BOOMER LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, WAGES, PER DIEM, EMPLOYMENT, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON IT. Because the Platform is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Union Boomer LLC and its members and officers from any claim arising out of content you submit or your violation of these Terms.

14. Affiliate Disclosure

Road Crew Hotels is an affiliate lodging search. We may earn a commission on bookings made through it, at no additional cost to you. That commission helps keep this site free.

15. Termination

We may remove content or restrict access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
